It is now February 2022, have there been any developments with the VCP driver on macOS 11. I particular, how to set latency?

Discussion - Drivers / VCP Latency on Mac Catalina and Big Sur
« on: October 26, 2020, 11:31:19 AM »
Some time ago I modified the FTDI VCP driver version 2.3 for Low latency, I have successfully installed this on multiple versions of Mac Operating systems the last being Catalina 10.15.6.

Will I have to do the same for Big Sur as it will not support .kext drivers or will the new .dext driver for Big Sur  include latency control in the same way as provided on the windows drivers?
