I'm trying to connect UMFT311 module with Android phone using USB cable . I got the Android software source-code from FTDI website . I tried to run the app in Android phone . Whenever I enter some data in the phone , and press 'write' button , the app just crashes .

I'm using SPI master/host code for Android app .

I've read some older posts in this community , where it's suggested that due to not using separate thread for 'write' operation , this issue happens .

Now I added separate thread for 'write' operation . But the app still crashes!! I tested the hardware ; There is no fault . The android app correctly detects the USB hardware , the VID & PID perfectly match .

Can you please point me towards any unforeseen issue in the code that might have happened ? Thank you in advance .
