FTDI devices not shown in Device Manager

I have a ftdi device. Also I have installed CDM v2.12.10 WHQL Certified driver. The ftdi is then detected in device manager in some desktop(Windows 7). But it is not detected in Device manager in the Dell Laptops(Windows 10). why?
