C232HM used as xilinx JTAG

Hi,
i have a C232HM cable in hand,and i would like to use it as xilinx JTAG,so i copy the EEPROM content from a xilinx EVM board to C232HM using FT_Prog,but vivado can not recognize the device,what am i missing?

Hi ,
any software available that can read and write customer region of EEPROM（93LC56） that attached to FT232H?
FT_prog can not write customer region
