Title: [SOLVED] FT232RL Serial Port driver not appearing in Windows

Hello,

I have a device driven by an FT232RL.
When I connect it to my windows laptop it correctly loads the USB Serial Converter driver but not the USB Serial Port driver and I'm unable to get any meaningful data.
When I connect it to my linux computer it's correctly identified and I can connect & communicate with it over RS232.

Hello,

Can you please ensure the 'Load VCP' option is ticked for the device.
Please reference the attached screenshot.
